Below is the receipe for "Attukula Upma", which is a good evening snack.
Ingredients
Attukulu - 3 cups
Onions - 1
Curry leaves - 3 to 4
for seasoning (popu)
Channadal - 1 tsp
Moongdal - 1 tsp
musterd - 1/2 tsp
Redchilli - 3 to 4 (as per your taste)
Jeera - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3tsp
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric Powder - Pinch
Method
-Soak attukulu in water for 10 min.
-Drine them and keep them a side.
-Take a pan and add 2 to 3 tsp oil, add all the seasoning ingredients and let them split.
-Add onions, attukulu, Salt and pinch of turmeric.
-cover and cook in a low flame.
Your Attukula Upma is now ready, dress it up and get ready to serve and enjoy the snack
