PANEER

Ingredients:
Milk - 1/2 Gallon
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp


Process:


Step 1: Boil Milk, when the milk is boiled strilling ocassionally add lemon juice to the milk. Wait for 10 minutes for the milk to break.


Step 2: The milk breaks into pieces as shown in the above image


Step 3: When the whole milk is broken, drain the milk into a cotton cloth as shown

Step 4: Using the cotton cloth squeeze tightly to remove all the excess water


Step 5: Tie the remaining broken milk pieces into the cotton cloth, tie the cloth and put weight on the cloth and leave it for 3 hours


Step 6: Remove the weight and now the paneer is ready for use as required.

The paneer thus prepared at home is usually good for couple of weeks when stored in the freezer.
