PAPPU CHEKKALU


Process:

Step 1: Mix Rice Flour, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Curry leaves


Step 2: Add Hot oil to the dry mixer and mix well.


Step3: Add Chana Dal, adding warm water while mixing to make a consistent dove mix

Step 4: Make a thin POORI layer on a polythin cover as shown

Step 5: Deep fry in oil until golden color

Step 6: Your snack is now ready to enjoy.

The snacks can be stored for upto 1 month in a airtight box.
